Google Cloud is once again named a leader in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services (formerly Infrastructure as a Service, or IaaS). For this quadrant, Gartner evaluated the cloud providers offering infrastructure as a service where Google Cloud can be seen close to Microsoft's Azure.
Within the report, Gartner positioned Google as a Leader in data analytics, machine learning, as well as commitment to large open-source projects such as Kubernetes and TensorFlow.
Among the many benefits of the Google Cloud Platform, is innovation in services such as Anthos, VMWare Engine and the introduction of Active Assist.
